Her field of study is poverty and inequality in Egypt and the Middle East region, using the Household Income, Expenditure and Consumption Survey (HIECS).<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>In this seminar, she will talk about the trends in poverty and inequality in Egypt, using the recent HIECS, conducted in October 2019 \u2013 March 2020, just before the Covid-19 outbreak.
